16 years in The Industry Shandong Yanzi Precision Casting was established in 1994 and started exporting in 1998. We have nearly 3,000 types of precision castings for machinery, valves, chemicals, food, automobiles and ship-building.
Injection Machines from Taiwan
Our factory covers 40,000 square meters and has 260 employees. We have 10 wax-injection machines from Taiwan and we can produce 70-150 tons of castings monthly. We have more than 10 raw material suppliers who have worked with us for over three years. Our R&D team has a total of 10 specialists with over five years' experience as well.
Imported Testing Equipment and Parts
As an ISO 9001:2000- and ISO/TS 16949:2002-certified manufacturer, we ensure quality with our production equipment from Germany. The main parts of our testers are imported from the UK and are assembled in China. Each product undergoes five rounds of checks during the production process and our QC staff conducts random checks before shipment. All of our products meet AISI, DIN and JIS requirements.
